1. The Outriders demo is completely free and everything you experience and earn during the Outriders demo will carry over to the live game.
2. The Outriders demo goes live on February 25th at Noon Eastern Time, 9am Pacific Time, 5pm London Time and 4am Sydney Time. Download size is about 25GB without any pre-loading, so you'll need to download the game with the release time being the earliest.
3. You can play the Outriders demo on any platform. PS4 & 5, Xbox Series X and S, Xbox One, Steam and Nvidia Geforce Now. You'll need to manually enable cross play to play with other platforms from your settings, but cross play WILL be available at the start of the Outriders demo.
4. You can play the Outriders demo as long as you want from now until when the game launches on April 1st, but you're capped at how far you can progress in the game.
5. You can play all 4 Outriders classes (Outriders Pyromancer, Outriders Devastator, Outriders Technomancer, and Outriders Trickster) up to level 7. You can play the prologue, opening chapter and some side missions that let you explore the world of Enoch.
6. You'll be able to unlock your class's 4th ability so you can check out a bunch of different skill combinations for your class as well as 2 total skill points for your class Outriders skill tree.
7. We'll only be able to play up to World Tier 5, which is Outriders way of having difficulty scaling. Each additional world tier gives better loot and resources for more difficult enemies.
8. Your resources for the game's crafting system are going to be capped so we don't just farm ungodly amounts of resources before the game launches, so keep that in mind that you'll probably want to reach that cap by the end of the Outriders demo.
9. There is absolutely no NDA at all with the Outriders Outriders demo, so feel free to stream or make any content about it that you'd like. BUT. There is licensed music at the end of the Outriders demo, so you're gonna want to mute your game around then if you're streaming live so you don't get copyrighted.
10. The last and most important thing is that if you plan on playing on a different platform at launch, you might not be able to move your progress over. If you're playing on PS4 in the Outriders demo, you'll be able to move your progress to the PS5 and if you're on Xbox, your progress will be shared across any Xbox console. But, if you're swapping to another platform, your progress won't carry over - even if you play the Outriders demo on steam and then swap to Epic for Outriders' launch.
