The idea of pick up and deliver as a game mechanic has been around for quite awhile now, and very frequently takes a back seat to other things. Whether a quest to retrieve a treasure, save a person, or simply find and trade various resources, it's not often that games can have it central to gameplay. That said, there are certainly plenty of games that do it well, even if in the background, and these are my personal favorites!
