It's somewhat common knowledge that Rasmus Hardiker, English VA for Tora, also voices the protagonist of Dragon Quest XI.Turns out he's also listed under "additional voices," which means he plays a few bit parts as well. I started playing recently, and it turns out he plays a miniboss early in the game... and uses the exact same voice he did for Tora for it.
