Note:
Dont take the effects at face value, some skills scale with Player Level, the toon is lvl21 in a lvl7 area, so some skills that seem OP probably aren't and is just the effect of being high level in a low level zone.

Info on some of the skills:
Blood Pact, if monsters walk into the red circle they are slowed and defense is lowered.
Stone Pact, opposite of Blood Pact, allies in the green circles restore HP, reflect damage and have increased armor.
Repulsion Hex, It's a pusher, it pushes mobs back if they come in range.
Shadowmantle, reflects missiles
Bane Breath, curse mob doing DoT and upon death by breath they spawn a shadowling.
