I bought this game a long time ago, when the stock Humble Indiebundle. Since that time, it was only available for Ubuntu systems in Ubuntu Store. However, a year ago, also appeared in Humble Store. Gra Torchlight jest grą z gatunku RPG, Action RPG oraz hack and slash. Gracz wciela się w jedną z trzech klas postaci Alchemika, Niszczyciela i Pogromcę przemierzając jaskinie i mroczne korytarze walcząc przeciwko hordom rozmaitych potworów.

Za produkcję gry Torchlight są odpowiedzialni byli twórcy gry Diablo II, a więc studio Runic Games. Gra wykorzystuje silnik OGRE i została wydana w 2009 roku w wersji dla komputerów osobistych z systemem Windows, w 2010 na komputery z systemem MacOSX, w 2011 na konsolę Xbox 360, a także w ramach akcji Humble IndieBundle w 2012 gra została przeniesiona na systemy Linux.

Gra na Linuksa została przygotowana w natywnej wersji jednak przez długi czas można było ją nabyć jedynie podczas jednorazowej akcji Humble IndieBundle oraz sklepie Ubuntu Store. Teraz jednak gra została udostępniona dla szerszego grona w ramach sklepu Humble.

Kupiłem tą grę dawno temu, podczas akcji Humble Indiebundle. Od tego czasu była dostępna jedynie dla systemów Ubuntu w sklepie Ubuntu Store. Jednak rok temu pojawiła się także w Humble Store. Z tej okazji postanowiłem nagrać materiał wideo z krótkiej rozgrywki. Warto dodać, że gra nagrywałem w zeszłym roku. Gra działała bez żadnych problemów na moim starym laptopie.
