Torandus is taking over the raid scene in Pokemon GO. Starting February 4th, Tornadus Incarnate Forme will be available to fight in Tier 5 Raids. Tornadus is the first mono Flying-type Pokemon in the game and has weaknesses to Rock, Ice, and Electric-type attacks. Tornadus is also the first member of the Genie Trio, so expect a Thundurus Raid and a Landorus Raid in the near future.

This video goes over the best Tornadus Raid Boss counters in Pokemon GO. It also covers Pokemon that get special Best Buddy bonuses in this raid. Overall, the best counters are Rampardos, Magnezone, Raikou, and Terrakion, many of which receive special Best Buddy Bonuses. Aside from them, most other Rock, Electric, and Ice-type Pokemon can work.
