Transmission-remote-cli and tremc are fine but they have so many tabs that I never bother opening so why not just get rid of all of them and use the most minimal transmission interface I can imagine which simply just running commands directly in your terminal. That's where Torque comes in and with a tiny bit of tweaking it would be perfect.
