I am in Mexico and recently moved within the State of Queretaro. I choose TotalPlay in my new location as Telmex was not available here. So, I ordered 100 Mbps (Megas) service from TotalPlay. As a new customer, I was given 200 Mbps (Megas) service for 3 months. I was trying to download a game and it was taking forever...with 200 Mbps speed??? So, I checked the download speed and this is what I was getting over the course of an hour in the middle of the night... Added note, 4 hours later, the download speed was only 71 Mbps (Megas). I started the download of a 77.8 GB game at 2:45am and now, more than 5 1/4 hours later, at 8:02am, it finally finished, no wonder, the download speed was down at this point to only 14 Mbps (Megas)........................Now, almost 10 hours after I noticed the low speeds, it is now up to 37 Mbps (Megas)........I believe there is a conflict with TotalPlay and the Nord VPN I am using. This is 200 Mbps (Megas) service???.....You decide for yourself.
