Finally. All Hard 1ccs complete (of the main series that is, not counting Touhou 9 and the fighting games).

This game isn't as difficult as 11 and 12, but I'm a lot more inconsistent at it for some reason. If I don't die several times with bombs remaining on stage 4, then I do on stage 5. Or stage 6. Or stage 3 (which would have resulted in a restart).

Perhaps it's the rank system. In the later games, I can memorize which attacks I can consistently capture and which attacks I should expect to bomb on. But in this game there are a lot of attacks that I can capture easily when I've died or deathbombed recently but not when rank is high.

Anyway, this time it wasn't stage 3, 4, or 5. I had a very good stage 3 here (I normally finish 7/0 or 6/3), and stages 4 and 5 also went pretty well. Stage 6 is where the mistakes were. I doubt it helped my concentration that this was already my personal high score going into the Remilia battle.

Also vsync patch actually helps. I didn't think this game's controls were bad like some people say, but I tried the vsync patch today and it actually made the controls noticeably better. Same with Touhou 7.

...That does mean this is still a legitimate 1cc, I hope?
