Going for score in this game (in other words, bombing for spirits on bosses for extra trances) might actually be safer than trying to "play it safe" and avoid bombing until necessary. At least on patterns you can't reliably capture.

This was actually my first attempt that completed stage 4 without continuing. By the time I reached Futo, I was excited enough about the possibility of a 1cc that I actually was making more mistakes (such as not manually activating trances against Miko when the meter was full)... I still succeeded though.
All trances/bombs on stage 1, stage 2, and the stage portions of stages 3 and 5 were planned, with the exception of the second-to-last bomb on Kyouko (I intended to use a trance there but the trance meter wasn't full yet for some reason) and the bomb on the "bonus" enemies after Tojiko.
On a random note, I'm really surprised those spirits after Tojiko aren't all shooting bullets at you on Lunatic. Isn't there some sort of rule that every enemy has to shoot at you on Lunatic mode (either while it's alive or when it dies)?
