11OK, time to give Imperishable Night a random attempt today... wait, 6 lives at the start of stage 6? What's going on?
I guess all those extra bomb drops the game gives you during the stage portions help conserve lives. At least if you bomb in advance so you don't use up extra bombs by deathbombing. Bombing as Reimu instead of Yukari also helps do more damage to bosses.
Oh and Kefit's annotated no-bombs 1cc of this game helped a lot with learning strategies. Not for Kaguya though.
