Touhou 9: Phantasmagoria of Flower View - LNNN (Lunatic No Miss No Focus No Charges) - Medicine
4I forgot I had done this run until I posted my Touhou achievement spreadsheet to Maribel Hearn when I was talking with him and he said I had an LNNN according to what I listed, noting I had done it w/o focus; then I was thinking "wait did I really do this? I really forgot and cannot recall"; then after checking the tweet, it seemed I had died in it. But then upon looking up the replay and watching it, it turns out I did not die at all and the score in the screenshot of the run I posted was calculated after the clear bonus, where you do not get lives for meeting any score tresholds which was what confused me. So I had forgotten I have a PoFV LNN(N I guess for the no focus).
This isn't particularly hard to do, as is notable by me getting hit a ton and bosses dying as quickly as they do, it however is a good demonstration of how broken Medicine is.
...I feel a bit silly I had completely forgotten about this run, apparently I had done it on 16 August 2022...
