Hell yeah. This is the theme that made the biggest impression on me. Touhou 15 being the first Touhou game I played and all. ZUN said that this theme is simple, and unmistakenly the final boss's, which is... accurate. This theme is pure power incarnate, and its simplicity (it actually has really simple melodies and chord progression) allows it to be easily catchy and enjoyable. One of my favourites of all time. Funnily enough, the stage theme is among the first themes I arranged, yet I never touched Junko's theme until now.
This is actually an arrangement of the version from the Dr. Latency album, which has ToES motif at some parts.
