My first real attempt at trying to clear this game.
I was going into this with the intention of managing a 1cc without having ever seen anything about this game, as in, no routes, memorization, or knowledge about ANYTHING, not even how the gimmick(s?) work. Just pure dodging on instincts/reflexes (And dumb luck sometimes)
Unless you count the super glitched broken version of Stage 1 seen in one of my other videos... but I think that barely counts. This run is pretty much 100% blind.

Well... I failed. But thats pretty okay, because this was SO FUN TO DO! I really love Blind runs like this, its such a unique experience that you can only really do once (for obvious reasons). NOT knowing at all what the game will do next really spices things up, as compared to playing a game you pretty much memorized absolutely everything. (Not that that isnt fun on its own way!).
You have to rely on mostly your overall shmup on blind runs. And luck. Good luck is never a bad thing.


So onto the game itself: Its pretty cool, quite flashy with these graphics and everything (Although from time to time I found it interfering with the gameplay a bit but I probably just have to get used to it), soundtrack is pretty solid, the patterns are interesting and enjoyable from what I have seen. Also, SANAE IS PLAYABLE YAY! That is all. Good first impression.

The overall difficulty seems a tad higher than the official games. This "Normal" dosnt feel like a Normal. It doesnt reaches Lunatic level either, so its probably like a Hard (?). Either way, the Lunatic in this game must of be UFO tier or something, I predict. If so then its Lunatic its probably not something I will be able to do anytime soon.

Its Normal in the other hand, I can clear this if I learn just a bit about how the game actually works.

In fact, I probably could have cleared it on this first try if it wasnt for this DAMN enemy: 3:22

This guy just screwed me up. It was blind so I had no way to know, a random furball would randomly decide to go right into that place, crash into me, killing me with bombs in stock. Thats literally the only death with bombs in stock, too. I am convinced that if it wasnt for that, I would had just enough resources to clear. I normally would have just reset, but that kind of defeats the purpose of a truly BLIND run...

Final death is kind of anticlimactic. Sorry about that LOL.
Finally, while it annoyed me a bit at the moment, seeing this now the death at 14:18 is pretty funny xD

That was certainly something. I will probably clear this without much issue in the next attempt. Would have still been cool to do it first try though, but oh well, at the very least I think I put up a decent fight xD.
