And now to open the doors on this Ruins of Memory Cutscene...or Cutscenes as they went about this a little differently! This is also a continuation of the previous Cutscene for Suwako, as the first part of this would suggest with Chiyuri, Rika and Yumemi!

Speaking of which, it seems that Chiyuri is a little reliant on Yumemi's greater knowledge of the probability space despite her already explaining the details. With that said, we actually get into the stage relatively quickly for a RoM story! I remember watching/playing this on my JP account and being confused about it being so short, but then I finished the stage and next thing I knew, there was MORE! This was a first for Ruins of Memory and it caught me off gaurd!

As for what happens after the stage, it's all about the promised land! It's an extremely long trek for Okina Matara, Teireita, Nishita, and many more that less and less followers are able to continue as their Spirit Power has gotten too low. Some of those followers included a Blazing Flame Shrine Maiden which to us is a new variant of Parsee to look forward to in the future! Others included an Ancient Vampire we see as E9 Remilia Scarlet, and a Beast of War and Metal who we see as Yuuma Toutetsu, and then we ended the journey with a surprise small sage appearance...

This felt like a more unique RoM Story Compared to before, and now I am curious how L80 Patchouli's Ruins of Memory will be, like will it be a similar vibe, a continuation, its own story, or will it connect with the previous SDM-Themed Stories? I'm sure time will tell, but I appreciated how different this one for Okina was!
