1/ Reimu's Last Word scales with defence, and Triple Fairy Strafing Run gives her 2 level up of Yang Def and Yin Def each at max limit break which is something easy to do.
2/ Valued Tool of the Trade will give more consistent damage over time thanks to ACC up.
3/ A Curious Festival is arguably the best option for Reimu thanks to its Ofuda damage boost, but considering the fact that it's a Yin ATK UP card, you will have to equip that on Yin Attackers to ease down Overwhelming Firepower shortage. Triple Fairy Strafing Run is a free card at its core, and finding a use for it shall be much better than trying to rationalise the usage of other much needed cards.
