Disclaimer: This is my personal break-down on characters based on information gathered from other players (Yomui, sadly, has retired as of now) and my own experience. This is not a strict guide, and should be taken as yet another insight and suggestion.

The second Destroyer showcase on this channel, and the first of the 2022 batch to be analysed so before I cut to the chase and address the elephant in the room, I'm going to beat around the bush and discuss a little bit about this odd archetype.
Destroyers are classified on the official wiki of LostWord on Gamepress as those with many “Killer” bullets. While it is true to the newer Destroyer batch, if you take a look at the very first Destroyer in the game, namely Cirno L1, you will see that she has utterly zero Killer tag. In fact, it can be said that the early Destroyers share the same motif of having some kind of double-edged sword at their disposal. Thus, as of 12th July 2022, this archetype can be divided into 3 branches, or batches:
The Gambler batch: The Destroyers of this batch have skills, and in Reisen’s case, even Last Word, with negative effects put on themselves. This should have been the intended playstyle of the Destroyers Archetype: High risk, high reward.
The Crit batch: Or the transitional batch. The ones of this batch start to be formulated as high-crit damage dealers. Some have killer tags to make use of the Crit ATK buffs, but not all.
The Killer batch: This is the current design of the Destroyer archetype. They have a decent amount of killer tags along with Crit ATK and Crit ACC self-buffs, which make them extremely dangerous against their designated targets.
The Hunter belongs to the Killer batch and thanks to that, she has a plethora of Crit ATK and Crit ACC buffs. Moreover, all of her spell cards possess the ability to regenerate 1.00 Power. This, along with some lucky procs from her 3rd passive, can reduce the strain on Power, letting her equip a few more specialised cards that can boost her raw damage output like those with Yang ATK buffs or Slash bullets boosts. In general, she is one of the better if not a bit overrated, especially when it comes to Remilia E9 Battle, a stage that was specifically designed for her.
On the other hand, veteran players seem to consider the Hunter as underwhelming; having a hard time to keep her damage consistent enough due to the critical lack (pun intended) of self-Yang ATK buffs. As a matter of fact, the only Yang ATK buff she has is the one that comes with her Last Word, which means when used, it usually marks the end of the fight anyhow. Moreover, while her Power regeneration can become godly good when the Seven Planets align and her 3rd passive procs like no tomorrow, it can be too RNG dependent which is a strike against farming as it requires a high level of consistency.
That doesn’t mean she is terribly bad nor overly good. First of all, the Hunter excels at Metal and Sun breaks, the former of which is one of the rarer elements in the Global server due to the painful lack of Parsee and Suwako A10 (along with some others). Secondly, while on her own, she can’t keep her damage consistent enough, she can make use of her teammates’ support, something that will happen in CQ battles. Moreover, as with the case I have mentioned in the Peacekeeper Showcase video, the fact that she can maintain Crit ACC and Crit ATK buffs on her own means she will be able to make the most out of allies’ Yang ATK support, especially with Otohime since she can boost her party’s Yang ATK up to level 9 in just 2 turns. Finally, having 1.00 Power regeneration on each spell card means the Hunter can get away with using lesser rarity Power boost cards or non-mlb Witch of Scarlet Dream while still being able to dish out 3P spell cards each turn for the most part. This, while totally not a concern for veteran players who should have hoarded a handful of Witch of Scarlet Dream cards, allows new players to capitalise on rationing their limited equipment.
In conclusion, the Hunter, being an UFes, is still a strong unit who can at least act decently as the first UFes for new players thanks to a more flexible option of story card equipment and a respectable damage output. She can also shine brightly with appropriate setup for CQ stages, especially for the Sun EX in theory (depending on whether they will specifically design that stage around her). On the other hand, she is outshone by some other UFes like Otohime, Azusa, Junko the Terror and her adversary, Flandre the Praetorian, thus making her a questionable choice in some cases.
