Touhou Puppet Dance Performance: Shard of Dreams - The Atrocious Demons Gengetsu & Mugetsu (2)
At last, the REAL final bosses. Gengetsu and Mugetsu return, and are certainly no joke. While not quite as hard as Flandre 2, they're still quite difficult and certainly the second-hardest bosses in the game.
Assist Koishi (Void/Illusion) forms the backbone of the sisters' team. Her life's purpose is to put up Field Protect and Field Barrier to halve damage taken from Focus and Spread moves, respectively. She also holds a Fluorite, an accessory used to extend the duration of these effects to a whopping 8 turns, so bring a skill that can break through these protections, as you certainly will not OHKO her.
Power Remilia (Dark/Wind) is the typical Black Choker glass cannon, with high offenses but low defenses. She uses a lot of Javelin skills, like Wind and Fire Javelin, and also has the Changeling skill to switch out if she's in danger.
Extra Satori (Illusion/Nether) is as monstrous as ever thanks to Infinite Changes and the Straw Doll she holds making her deal tons of damage. She'll usually use High Tone Crush, as it has 95 BP, the highest out of any of her moves, but if she can target a weakness she most certainly will.
Extra Flandre (Warped/Light) is just like she was in the second Flandre fight, hitting like a truck and using a Choice Belt to boost her otherwise mediocre Speed. Again, be wary of Overdrive doing massive amounts of damage.
Extra Mugetsu (Warped/Light) is one of the few enemy Puppets to wield a Dream Shard, boosting all of her stats. Her Fo. Defense and Speed are solid at the cost of surprisingly middling offenses, which doesn't particularly matter for her strategy. She usually uses Thermit and Grace of Mana to stall out your Puppets, which is very viable unless you target her weaknesses.
Speed Gengetsu (Illusion/Electric) is another glass cannon, this time far stronger than Power Remilia thanks to her Dream Shard boosting her stats. She has the usual Illusion and Electric skills, but be wary of an off-type Macroburst. You'll likely have to take a hit, so bring a tanky Puppet.
And at long last, the game is finally over. I may or may not go after some postgame fights, particularly those in the postgame battle facility, but those are rather difficult so I'm not quite sure yet.
