Race information:

Tour de Los Santos is a Chinese GTA Online Tournament that is ran as one lap across the entire GTA Map. The race is mostly highway but the chaotic nature of leaving slipstream on means that the winner is basically RNG unless some sort of teamwork is applied.

I take part in this race as a member of We Are Racers Chinese GTA Online racing crew. Most of the high level GTA Online racers, such as those found in the NODO crew are all about taking lines and cornering speed, with slipstream turned off. WAR is a crew like that too. However, there hadn't been much races filled with high level players that primarily tests slipstreaming strategy, so it is a new experience for our entire crew too.

I know it looks like as if we are just dominating players at this point, but trust me, that is what the qualifiers is about, filtering out unskilled players. The finals is going to be an interesting showdown.

As for car choice, I drive the Nero Custom with my crew, since it is one of the two fastest cars on this track (the other being the X80 Proto) that isn't banned. The Banshee 900R and the Pfister 811 are 5-6 seconds per lap faster around this track without slipstream, and are thus banned.

I am currently qualified for the finals, which will be a 20 player race.
