To clarify: No, I do not think Tower of Fantasy will *kill* Dislyte. While both are Gachas, that is all they share; people who want strategy will stay and people who want an MMORPG experience will bounce. There is also that phenomenon where new games drop ever so often in the Playstores and people will flock to greener pastures. So no, Tower of Fantasy will not have a direct effect on Dislyte. With that said, I do feel like Dislyte can always take a page from the book of ToF.
