The Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter Remake demo is finally here, and it’s already winning fans over. In this review, I dive into how Falcom has rebuilt the Liberl arc from the ground up, enhancing the story, combat, and music while staying true to the original.

From new gameplay systems inspired by Daybreak, to quality-of-life upgrades like fast travel and quest markers, this remake feels like the best way for newcomers to experience Estelle and Joshua’s adventure. This review only covers what I've seen in the demo but I expect the game to deliver an experience to remember. This might as well be the definitive starting point for the Kiseki series!
