Trails Into Peak - What is Nihon Falcom and what is Trails?
28This is the first time I've made something this big. I originally wanted to make it shorter, but I felt I needed to elaborate on a few things, so I wanted to try and explain things to the best of my ability.
Sorry about some of the mic issues, I found out what was happening, which was my recording software when I got my new mic, decided to enable some filters to help improve the recording quality, including a noise gate which prevents certain noises from being captured. By default it was set to cut off voice recording if my voice hit a certain volume, but this specific volume wasn't even that loud, as I wasn't talking that loud when recording it. Rerecording some bits would have been a pain as my video editor wasn't playing nice due to how many images and text I inserted, meaning if I was to change even more of the clips where my voice cuts out for a second, it would move stuff around and require me to move it all back again. This is also why some of the song playing and what song is playing text bits are also misaligned. I gave up cause it would seem like I would fix them all, then they just move around again!
I've adjusted this setting now, and hopefully won't be an issue in my next video, when I eventually make it.
