Train types of positions you're bad at (on purpose) · Training Game
Tactics, giving up material for the initiative, and having to play precisely without wasting a single tempo. This is just the kind of position I hate playing and seem to navigate badly. And I got myself into that by losing a piece due to tactical blindness. It was a very simple refutation I missed, and I think I never would have made the same mistake otb. Still, having lost a piece, I tried to complicate the position, fight back, and not let him develop his armies.
