Transfer using Device Clone from Phone to Phone (Data & Contacts)
3Install Phone Clone (15 seconds):
On the Android, download Phone Clone from the Google Play Store (search “Phone Clone Huawei”). On Samsung, it’s not pre-installed.
On the iPhone, download Phone Clone from the App Store.
Open the app on both devices.
Set Up Roles (10 seconds):
iPhone: Select This is the new device - Android as the old device type. A QR code or Wi-Fi hotspot details appear.
Android: Select This is the old device.
3vare. Connect Devices (20 seconds):
On the Android, scan the iPhone’s QR code to connect. If scanning fails, select Connect manually and join the iPhone’s Wi-Fi hotspot (password shown on iPhone).
Grant permissions (e.g., contacts access) on both devices.
Select Contacts (20 seconds):
On the Android, choose Contacts only to keep the transfer under 2 minutes (deselect photos, videos, or apps).
Tap Transfer or Send.
Transfer Data (30-50 seconds):
A progress bar shows on both devices. Contacts (100-500 entries) transfer in ~10-30 seconds via the app’s private Wi-Fi connection (up to 8GB/minute).
Keep devices close (within 20 meters) and avoid interruptions.
Verify (15 seconds):
iPhone displays Transfer Complete. Open the Contacts app, pull down to refresh, and confirm contacts appear.
If contacts don’t show, tap Groups (top-left) and check All Contacts or Google (if synced).
Total Time: ~1.5-2 minutes for contacts.
