Steps to Factory Reset Roku Using Back Button:

Ensure Power: Confirm your Roku device is plugged in and powered on.
Locate Reset Button: Find the reset button on the back or bottom of your Roku device (tactile or pinhole; use a paperclip for pinhole buttons).
