To change the date and time on your Roku TV in about a minute:

Press Home: Grab your Roku remote and press the Home button to go to the main menu.
Go to Settings: Use the arrow keys to navigate to Settings and press OK.
Select System: Scroll to System and press OK.
Choose Time: Select Time from the menu.

Set Time Zone:
Select Time zone and choose Automatic to sync with your internet connection, or Manual to set a specific time zone.
If manual, select your time zone (e.g., "United States - Pacific Time") and press OK.

Confirm and Exit: If automatic, the date and time update instantly. If manual, you may need to select Done or save changes. Return to the home screen by pressing Home.
