33.8 seconds - my best Anise time so far for a melee (Kevin & Duran, no Angela) party. my fastest stage 1 is about 0.75 seconds than this so I think this strategy/build could reach 32.0-33.0 seconds but I'm not sure if I can get below 30s with this build... ...either I'd have to use Duran's CS4 after the very first Anise teleport (I can't destroy the first crystal fast enough) or I'd have to use Kevin CS4 immediatly on stage 2 without debuffing (I can't 1-hit-kill it yet with debuffing). -- IF -- I could get both those actions to work I could see 29 seconds being doable.

order of actions ended up becoming very specific: debuff Anise (stage 1); buff Crit (Duran); buff Elemental Saber (Duran; Earth because Wind is closest crystal); as Saber casts, buff ATK (Duran); use Duran WWWWP to destroy nearest crystal (makes Anise vunerable)...

at this point Anise is technically still 'present' but every time I try use CS4 it misses because she teleports away.... I've never landed the CS4 this early...

so I decided to start buffing Kevin for Anise (Stage 2) at this point.

buff MGC ATK (Reisz); buff Crit (Kevin); buff Moon Saber on Kevin (Duran);

soon as Anise teleports back in, Duran use CS4 -- if the order is right, should be between 17.75-18.5 seconds

if all went well (e.g. Anise didn't debuff MGC ATK with her teleport), Kevin should have +ATK, +MGC ATK, +CRIT, and Moon Saber going into Anise (Stage 2)

next, have Reisz use DEF Stat Down immediately.... NOT the All Stat Down Item. because of the 'casting' time on the item, the item All Stat Down will miss too much. I began having way better luck debuffing by using DEF Down All because, 1. it casts faster, 2. it can hit any body part.

at this point, Anise (Stage 2) will disappear.... but her DEF should be debuff -- and Kevin is still fully buffed

spam 'cast' over and over as Anise is gone and keep checking to see if she's selectable -- I find this more effective to do with Reisz controlled... soon as you can target Anise, next debuff MGC DEF Down All

now Anise (Stage 2) should be fully debuffed and Kevin still fully debuffed

last step... as Anise (Stage 2) reappears, move Kevin close to her before you use CS4.... a big trouble I had was his CS4 not doing enough damage (missing) -- I began to more reliably 1-hit-kill Anise (Stage 2) once I began using it at closer range -- it then better hits all body parts

if the close aim is good, and your stats/crits work out, should be a 1-hit kill, and that should be just under 34 seconds~
