Trinity XBox 360 cleaning, refurbishing and RGH3 modding
I did another boring ol' live stream the other day refurbishing a 360 that I bought online and cut it down to share here for those of whom may find it informative. Just a simple DVD drive repair this time around. I know there are many guides already out there but I thought this might help those who run into certain issues that aren't always explained elsewhere. From the perspective of running into problems as they occur and showing how to resolve them. Also questions you may not have even had.

RGH3 resistor values:
Falcon/jasper - 22k (diode is optional; for better boot times)
Trinity - 3-5k
Corona - 1k
Note: these are not set in stone. If you did everything correctly and you still can't get it to boot, search some of those keywords, such as "resistor falcon" in the https://old.reddit.com/r/360hacks/ subreddit.
If you can't get it to read your nand?
Probably your soldering.
If you can't get it to write?
Check your soldering.
Use a multimeter. Make sure no two connections are accidently bridged.
