Anyways avoid the scratching sound..tested to install brakes, new band brakes. Had to impact drive a brake disk to the rim. The old one cut in half in 2008...turned into a saw blade eventually..when i went downhill with nothing but a grind. Anyone who knows chain alignment and tension will know its near impossible to avoid a screw head. The screw head barely touches the disk brakes side. It will eventually wear out...beats paying 65 dollars for a rim like this. So you wont notice emv function. The brakes work a lot better now with imediate stopping power downhill and in traffic. The moped is nt about brakes, its about recharging whilst you drive. It charges whilst i drive, just like in 2014 when i built the circuit and tested a fan for 3 weeks. Last time I checked the tesla model s doesnt do that unless it regen brakes and scientists might hav a problem with heat that I control in this particular vehicle. They basically don't know how to recharge an ac current in an electric car yet. I do. Ironically it uses principles of tesla, and a tesla coil. Which Elon musk does not do. I used to go back and fro, but virginia in 2015? instigated a law for registration on mopeds. This cant be registered because its missing things like a horn, and i dont like using the converter for lights, brake lights 36x12. It decharges. I can though. Im cheap though, hence no 36 volt bulb for 30 dollars will change my mind. Nor will an aluminum rim for 65. I had managed to go deep in fairfax more than once. If i do get stopped I would just turn on the converter and say i forgot. If its a registration issue, I will just give them an expired plate. Tension is good for all mechanical parts, ie tight chains, brakes etc. Thats why bikes dont work too well, they dont hav tension and the chain gears are always loose. If its not, youre most likely to get a problem. This thing is 10 years old. The emv function and lead acid battery are only 5. Check out my old videos to see no performance drop even in winter. This was a fail run do to the grinding and heat of the band brake. It was too close to the screwhead. Thought it would ware itself out and clear the space, did nt.

9.3.2018 anyways it took 2 months from this mishap to see that the tires integrity totally turned to soft rubber, and the tube broke. Still looks like a 2013 tire full of treads but the heat from this run turned it to soft rubber, and did nt clear the bolt.
