Around 1 hour 29 minutes to beat. Used save and load states to practice final bosses. Found an easy trick during my legit playthrough that I didnt find with the states.
Easy game overall. You only get 3 lives and no continues. I never found any 1-Ups. If you need practice on a specific level you can use states or if you are playing on the original console there is a code at the title screen for stage select. Most of the stages have no real threats. You dont seem to take damage from most enemies. The final bosses can take a little practice, but my methods shown work very well.
1
