All of these glitches are known to happen on real hardware and have been reproduced by testers. Many of these bugs will also happen on the PS2 version of the game, however some are GameCube exclusive.

For more information on why this video is here, please read the Dolphin Progress Report for September and October 2021 - https://dolphin-emu.org/blog/2021/11/13/dolphin-progress-report-september-and-october-2021/

Glitch Rundown:

0:00 - 0:18 - Intangible Enemy Bug. Happens if you grab an enemy and try to throw them off, but they don't fall off.
0:19 - 0:35 - Loading Zones stop working. Unknown cause, fixed by game reboot.
0:36 - 0:46 - AI Pathing issues. If scripted AI get stuck, missions can softlock.
0:47 - 0:56 - Water renders in front of plants.
0:57 - 1:22 - Road network is broken at this junction, causing traffic issues.
1:23 - 1:42 - "Perfect Turning" driving perk doesn't work on some roads.
1:43 - 1:50 - Some couches don't work. Seriously.
1:51 - 2:09 - Because there is a ramp in this room and the reflections are set on a plane, the reflections are above the actual ground.
2:10 - 2:33 - Subway train cars are dangerous. Though, what did we expect?
2:34 - 3:03 - Multiple issues! The bottom of ramps have some collision detection, but can easily be walked or driven through to get to unintended areas. And shooting while locked onto something while walking into a corner can let you get out of bounds almost anywhere.
3:04 - 3:49 - Doing 180s in tight spaces with long vehicles is awesome. Highly recommended.
4:07 - 4:17 - Level of Detail calculation on the GameCube version of the game is broken, resulting in the wrong geometry being used up close in some areas.
4:18 - 4:26 - There is tons of zfighting on decals throughout the game.
4:43 - 5:00 - A section of the city near Old Broadway and 125th street crashes.

Footage on console was recorded from a GameCube on a capture card using an authentic game disc.

Due to copyrighted music in the game, some audio had to be muted and we were tired of trying to edit around it, and we didn't want to delay the Progress Report by getting new footage. Essentially, much like True Crime: New York City, this video's lack of quality is due to budget and time constraints.

Originally we age-restricted this video due to some of the content in it, but since most of it is muted and the most violent part is limited to a few frames at the end of a glitch, we decided to lift that. If viewers are uncomfortable with this decision, let us know in the comments.
