Welcome to the first episode of a somewhat new series, NOT SO HOBO CAFE', on JS URBAN ADVENTURES!

You've seen me and my formerly homeless friends make and eat cheap meals on the streets, now I'll be trying out strange, new, and unique recipes while learning the basics of cooking!

In this episode I'll be making Liver and Onions! I've never tried it, and after seeing it cooked on multiple hunting channels, I got a craving. I had my mind set on beef liver, but the store nearest me only had pork liver, so we went with that. it was an interesting flavor to say the least, and you can see my reaction at the end of this video!
