Okay, so...I was not having high hopes for this cart.
And so far, that seems to be playing out exactly as I had feared.
Magician Lord is...okay. Stiff and delayed...but really not that bad overall. But also not too enjoyable, either.
Sengoku is...disappointing. I do like the art style and the character designs...but the actual game is not fun for me to play. There is a lack of audio/visual feedback if you're truly doing damage to the enemies and that's the whole point of a beat-em-up!
Ironclad is a highlight! This is a game I do like, for sure! It's a nice shoot-em-up, but I will say that the perspective is a little skewed and, again, there is a lack of audio/visual feedback on if you're truly damaging the enemy.
Overall, not a great start to this cart. But I expected this. I just hope the next part won't be as bad as I fear, as I have even less hope for those from what (little) I've seen about them.
