Trying out the NEW AEGISLASH Buffs!
3Although it took me a while to edit this video, Aegislash recently got a couple buffs to his kit. Namely, Shadow Claw deals more damage and Shield Stance is tankier. I figured I'd try out the buffs and see what my favorite sword and shield (not those two mutts) are capable of!

I figured I'd post it here even though most people won't read this, but I'm not gonna claim to be the greatest Aegi player of all time or say that these were recorded in grueling Master Rank lobbies; all but one of the matches were recorded in Standard. I know this may come as a shock, but my friends and I like to have fun when we play games, and this extends to Pokémon Unite. I've seen some really toxic behavior from members of the community surrounding those who play Standard but like... Why? This is how we find enjoyment in this game. We like a traditionally more casual environment! As for Aegislash's performance, take a look at it like this: this video isn't me saying "every Aegi game can look like this because the buffs are so good," it's more so "hey, these players aren't the greatest, but let's see what I can do with this 'Mon. Let's see what he can do!" Some of these instances you could replicate in Ranked, some you couldn't.
In any case, I don't really want to have a ton of uber sweaty tryhard content on Unite on my channel. It's not fun to record and I can't imagine it'd be fun to watch (plus you have people like Spragels or CrisHeroes for that). It's why I denounce playing Slowbro-Comfey in the video; I think it's super unfair to use and probably extremely unfun to play against. I'm deeply considering making a video on Unite's game balance (or the lack thereof), which that would be something to take into the question (the fact that 'Mons or combinations of them can be absurdly busted and really not good for a game like this). In any case, I'm probably rambling and ranting into the endless void, so I'll cut myself off here.
