Tutorial: Adding Model Drivers/People To Your OO Gauge Model Vehicles.
WARNING! Super glue can and will bond fingers together. So please take extra care when handling this glue if you wish to follow my technique that is shown in the tutorial shown in the video.
This is my second tutorial for railway modelling and this time I am going to cover road vehicles and in this tutorial I will showing you how to fit people/drivers into your scenic road vehicles to make them look more realistic for your model railway or diorama.
I have chosen three model vehicles from the Oxford Diecast range which is a VW van, a Reliant Regal and a Ford Transit to fit drivers/people into which are the HO scale Noch truck drivers/driver's mate which are suitable for vans as well. These models are held together via screws making them easier to disassemble for detailing or to add drivers/people into them like I have done in this video.
I am sure that most of you that will watch this may agree that these models look better with drivers inside when placed on the roads of your model railway or a 1/76 scale diorama. I hope that this tutorial will be useful for those that wish to do this with their model vehicles.
Happy Modelling.
