Start Audacity
Sound check
Microphone options
Join the shoutcaster in TS or Skype
Start Savage XR
Graphic options and screen resolution don't matter
Join Replay server
Start shoutcasting with an audio sync
Voice sync every 20 minutes
Go back into Audacity, normalize and export your sound as MP3 with the name round 1 and 2
Grap the correct demos and mark them as round 1 and 2
(remember: if you work with an Allrounder - someone that is Shoutcaster & Producer at the same time - then you won't have to record and share your commentary)
Download dropbox and register an account.
Move the 2 voice files into a folder called "abc vs def SWC 2012".
Share it with your producer.
