Summary: Shoutcaster

Start Audacity
Sound check
Microphone options
If you have a Co-Shoutcaster in TS/Skype, make sure his voice can't be heard in your recording.

Start Savage XR
Enable Auto demo recording
Graphic options and screen resolution don't matter

Join Replay server
Load the correct match
Take a screenshot (important: officers have to be shown)
Make binds

Start shoutcasting with an audio sync
Introduce the game, the teams, the map (and the co-shoutcaster)
don't spectate in action/RTS mode the first 45 seconds
Then show the commanding mode quite soon so people see Savage is RTS as well, but remember mouse movements don't get recorded, if you want to show something specific, do it in FPS mode.
Voice sync every 20 minutes

Go back into Audacity, normalize and export your sound as MP3 with the name round 1 and 2
Grap the correct demos and mark them as round 1 and 2

Open info.txt and add the exact game time where you audio synced
Add all information from the newerth match thread, name of the map and the name of the shoutcaster.

Download dropbox and register an account.
Move the 2 demos, the 2 voice files, the 2 screenshots, the info.txt and into a folder called "abc vs def SWC 2012".

Share it with your producer.
