First of all, Merry Christmas and thank you to everyone who helped me solve this problem on Reddit and discord. This method should work on other AYANEO devices such as AYA NEO 2, AYA NEXT, etc
This is my first time facing an issue with the controller. It was caused by the failed controlled update. I followed their instruction but it did not direct me to the update after I turned on my device again. I highly recommend you not try this update (1.2) until things get better.

Shut down and wait for 1 minute, and press the malfunctioning button madly when booting up until the boot is completed. Principle: When the PCB board is re-powered and pressed, it will be readjusted, similar to self-test repair
