TWEWY Final Remix: Shiki Day 3: Part 2: Imprinting Memes
Neku & Shiki continue on into Dogenzaka to find Def March's missing tech.
If you have them go into the Cosmic Corner shop, you'll meet a dude that doesn't want to sell anything to them, especially since they were young. It constanty pissed Neku off with wasting his time, and the clerk even suggest that he and Shiki are dates.
The two then headed to the Ramen Don, and found that tech! It seems that he was in a hurry, and wanted to give up on the band. He left before he even got to sit done and enough the cook's ramen...
The chef's name is Ken Doi. You'll be seeing him more often later. Buy his food to help out with things like boosting your Sync Rate.
Your characters will digest the food as they go through fights, and when this complete, you can get further boosts, such as a higher Sync Rate boost, or permanent increases to your Attack, Defense, HP, and Bravery.
Each character can only eat up to 24 bytes of food per real life day. This resets back to 0 on the next day.
The higher your Bravery, the more clothes your characters can wear. Shiki's is already high enough her to wear some of the more girly clothes in this game. If you want Neku to do the same, you'll have to work up his own BRV stat.
----------
The tech was so down on himself that he attracted yellow (orange?) Noise to him. So Neku & Shiki fought them off to try and clear his mind up. Doing that did, and made him realize that he now had to hurry back to A-East.
From time to time, I will fight random battles just to work on my characters.
Leveling up is an auto-heal, but it also only just raises your maximun HP. However, if you were to manually lower it in the Main Menu, you'll increase your Pin drop rate when defeating Noise.
----------
The tech returned to 777, but then realized the reason he went out to begin with was to look for a replacement part to fix the stage with. So 777 had to scare him away again to find it!
He went north, but Neku & Shiki had to get through another Reaper wall to follow him. Make sure you pay attention to the tasks the Wall Reapers want you to complete, such as defeating Noise with a specific symbol when scanning for them.
After getting past that wall and entering the Shibukyu Main Store area, Neku & Shiki meet up with Beat & Rhyme again. Of course, those two were only excited to see Shiki because of Neku's past attitude towards them.
The skullheads got a Meme, of some sorts. They can imprint these memes into people's minds to possibly change their thoughts. The recent Meme they got says "blackout".
Rhyme was going to explain more to Shiki, but Beat stopped her and they both left because he was still upset with Neku.
A middle-aged man seemed down on his luck, but imprinting "blackout" into him made him think he should blackout, and power down, and... wait... I think this was a dud... But at least now Neku & Shiki know how Imprinting Memes works!
----------
Catching up to the tech, they then tried to imprint "blackout" into his mind. It kinda worked, but now he had to remember was he was looking for to fix the blackout of the A-East stage.
Someone was actually in that stage, and if you scan his mind, you'll see that he needed a new fuse.
So take "fuse" in as a new Meme, and imprint that onto the tech. He'll then realize that that's the part he needs for the stage!
He went into the Cosmic Corner for the new fuse, so Neku & Shiki go in to check on him.
