I continue to unlock all the characters in SoulCalibur after adjusting the stream quality. I knocked it down to 720p but upped the frame rate to 60 FPS.
Again, I used my original Dreamcast, VMU, and game with my Dreamcast Arcade Stick. I played in VGA mode through my Toro by the Behar Bros and upscaled it with my Framemeister. I captured the footage with my Elgato HD60 and used OBS to stream. I had a few technical difficulties near the end which you can skip passed. The timing will be in the video during the signal loss.
In this episode, I beat the game on Easy mode with 5 more characters doing 1 round matches to try and unlock everyone faster. I ended up with 3 more new characters and 2 new stages to fight in.
