How to Earn Twitch Drops
In order to get the in-game rewards from Twitch Drops, you must watch a stream that has Drops active and is streaming the game in question. You can always check if the channel has Drops active by looking at the widget on top of the chat window or before joining a stream.
Requirements
You must have a Twitch account in order to get Drops.
You may only earn progress for a Drop on one channel at a time.
You must watch streamers that are currently streaming under the World of Warcraft directory and have Drops enabled to qualify.
The stream must not be paused to earn progress.
How to Claim Twitch Drops
To claim a Drop after earning it, go to your Drops Inventory and hit Claim on the reward you'd wish to claim. Note that you may only do that while within the Drop's campaign's time limit.
In order to claim a Drop, you must have your Battle.Net account linked to your Twitch account. You may connect your Battle.net account to Twitch after earning a Drop, but you must connect it before you're able to claim the reward.

Log in to your Battle.net account
Go to your Battle.net Connections page
Click Connect next to Twitch
Hit Continue to log in to your Twitch account
Log in to your Twitch Account.
Authorize Twitch to share your information with Battle.net
Confirm that the account you're linking is the one you want to link
