Twitch Streamer DMCA Struck Over Using Twitch's OWN SOUNDTRACK SERVICE?! Another Oopsie!
So Twitch introduced a "safe" Soundtrack Service on their platform that allows for streamers to use Copyright-Free music and that's all well and good...except it isn't! We have a Twitch Streamer Kevin Martin who got slammed with 2 DMCA strikes from using this service and having that music in the VODs of those streams. Can anyone make this make sense?? This here just seems to be another one of Twitch's horrid implementations on their site that doesn't work out for their creators. We've had streamers being screwed over before by Double Standards, Poor Enforcement of Twitch Rules, DMCA drama and now this here can be added to the list off the drama that is Twitch!
