Ubisoft has just sparked controversy by updating its license agreement.
Clause 8 states that if for any reason they end support for a game, you must uninstall it and destroy all copies you have. 😳
This came to light thanks to the #StopKillingGames movement, with over a million signatures, and the player demand for The Crew, a title that will soon lose support.
And it's not just Ubisoft... this clause is already included in titles like Final Fantasy 7 Remake, Oblivion Remastered, Phasmophobia, and many more.
