very simple tutorial, no stupid things and heavy code :-

1) You suppose to be login as admin(root)

2) open terminal : Ctrl+Alt+T

3) type : gksudo nautilus
AND PRESS ENTER, now enter PASSWORD

4) A desktop folder will open in which you have all the rights and permission,

5) now in same window locate the folder for which you want to set permission,

6) you can choose groups and there persmissions.

7) after completing press "apply premissions"
