Ubuntu 16.04 Unity 8 / Mir [screencast] 840 525 @ 30FPS because mirscreencast records raw video and it kills my HDD :(
the lag (while loading apps) is because of mirscreencast

mirscreencast --file mirvid.raw -m /run/lightdm-mir-0 -s 840 525 --cap-interval 2

to play in vlc vlc --demux rawvideo --rawvid-fps 30 --rawvid-width 840 --rawvid-height 525 --rawvid-chroma=RV32 mirvid.raw
