Final version of my Acid Grenade effect in UE4. I used an approach to mimic a special move that a character would yield in a game, specifically in a Real-Time Strategy. The spawn volume was created to have random points in the volume to spawn the particle systems from, which means the grenades will never be in the same place. All my assets were made through Maya, Max, Photoshop, and After Effects, RealFlow, and FumeFX. The effect was rendered in Unreal Engine 4.
