UE4 Free Dynamic Water V2.1 - how to integrate into your project [UE4.20]

- fake buoyancy
- under water Post Process
- water splashes on shallow water
- Water depth based character speed
___Important NOTE about hitch every 60 seconds:___
Every 60 seconds a framedrop appears. Its because of garbage collection and only accurs in editor every 60 seconds because its set to 60 seconds... in packaged game it should not be lagging :D If you dont want it in editor you could set the garbage collection in project settings to a higher value like 5 minutes or so that hitch only appears every 5 minutes.
