Ultra Hardcore is a Minecraft mod that disables normal health regeneration for all players. A full hunger bar won't help you anymore; you need to eat a golden apple or drink a health potion to recover. However, golden apples are now crafted with gold ingots instead of nuggets, and a glistering melon requires a gold block. Ghasts drop gold ingots on death, so regen potions are unobtainable.
