Surprised I managed to P-Rank Gabriel... Anyways, this challenge is one of the few times the Screwdriver is actually somewhat useful (on larger/healthier enemies anyway). Shoot the target with the Screwdriver, and then KB punch it repeatedly while the drill drains the target's health.
