Chris' Grenade Launcher super is notoriously difficult to combo into without S tier assists (But nets FANTASTIC damage and meter gain), and well... I really wanted to fit Phoenix Wright and Wesker on my team (terrible Synergies I know). I didn't even know if Phoenix Wright could grant Chris any comboability (or if it was even possible) since I hadn't seen a single video with these two (or even using Wesker's gunshot) so obviously I had to theorycraft my own. Lo and behold I couldn't believe my eyes when after a solid hour of labbing I found that Phoenix Wright's Press-the-witness can actually hold the opponent in the corner airborne long enough to have Chris land with a late falling j.S, and the rest is history
Btw, Press the Witness assist sucks as a reliable combo tool and drops incredibly often, I'm honestly amazed this is even possible
